Rosacea? : Rosacea occurs in middle. Age as localized acne like eruption on nose cheeks eyelids . It can be aggravated by foods. Mild cases respond to prescription cream, and or low dose doxycycline.If this bothers you see dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
