Improve your nose: By breathing better through your nose you take advantage of the noses ability to humidify the air that you breath. If you are mouth breathing then dry air goes in your mouth and in your throat drying it and irritating it. Try taking a decongestant and seeing if this helps. Also make sure the air in your bedroom and home is humidified. You may need to buy a humidifier at the store.
