I used to have hemorrhoids a few years ago. now 1-2 times a week when i poop there is blood on my butthole, but not on my poop. there's no pain though?

Blood: Symptoms are still consistent with hemorrhoids. Unless surgery was done to remove them they are still there . Other considerations include: fissure, fistula, inflammatory bowel disease. See your doctor for exam & treatment recommendations.

Possibilities...: Consider anal fissure, internal hemorrhoid(s), proctitis (inflamed rectum), anal abscess or fistula, juvenile retention polyp, trauma to the anal canal, skin changes around the anus (benign or malignant). The only way to find out, and to start appropriate treatment, is to get examined. See your doctor please.
