No: Cogentin (benztropine) is an anticholinergic drug which is rarely used these days in parkinson's disease, but may also be employed to reverse extra-pyramidal reactions from major psychotropic drugs. However, your second question may be important as both do have metabolic pathways in the liver, and there could well be drug-drug interactions, so check with your doc.
