I suggest if you want to control your blood sugar and lose weight, have it twice/day, each time 20 grams protein/serving, add half a cup of fruit (1/2 banana or a few berries) & some fiber like chia seed or flax seed to the shake and blend it up.It's tasty and helps with weight loss!
