Can lupus flare up stop your period ?

Yes it can...: Any significant illness can affect your cycle--timing, quality and quantity of your flow etc... Also, many medications can affect your cycle as well, and i suspect that with a significant flare-up of yur lupus, you recieved additional treatments. Just to be safe, check a pregnancy test if you have been sexually active, because pregnancy is common cause of missing period. Consult doc. Good luck.
