A member asked:

I suffer from hyperhidrosis and sialorrhea. are these two related? i have researched both and have the symptoms of both.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possibly yes: There are a number of conditions that can cause hyperhidrosis (excess sweating) and sialorrhea (excess saliva). Motion sickness is the most common cause of these symptoms together. They can also be seen with rare conditions, such as serotonin syndrome, tetanus, rabies, scorpion stings, and black widow spider bites. Discuss your symptoms with your doctor.
