More info needed: Usually patients have fatigue, swelling of glands under neck, under arms, and in the inguinal area. Often the liver or spleen are enlarged. Unexplained fevers may also be a symptom. If you are concerned, do no take any chances, have your physician give you a good check-up and check your blood counts. Feel better!
