Abnormal EEG.: The eeg records electrical activity in the brain. The right hemispheric lesion could be congenital problem, tumor, abnormal blood vessels, infection, traumatic injury, stroke, etc. The diffuse encephalopathy indicates abnormal electrical activity throughout whole brain. I would recommend discussing the eeg with your neurologist. Good luck!
