If you have a pinched nerve in your bicep area can it make your shoulder, underarm and breast hurt?

Not likely: It is more likely that a nerve is being pinched as it comes out of the neck. Alternatively, damage to the tendons in the shoulder girdle (rotator cuff tear) could also cause that type of pain.

Nerve Pain: I suspect you are having nerve pain that may be coming from your neck and possibly more. For instance, C6 and C7 can give pain in the chest and biceps as well as posterior shoulder blade.
