Hey i'm having a problem with hacking up a clear film but i don't have a cold but when i drink something it feels like it has to go over this lump that's i'm my throat do u know what this is or what i can take?

Lozenges + pain meds: You sound like you might have a sore throat. There are many causes: irritation from cough, post nasal drip from allergies or a cold, bacterial infection like strep throat or a viral infection like mono/ epstein barr virus.
