A member asked:

After taking allegra (fexofenadine) is it safe to take acetaminophen?

No interaction..: Fortunately Acetaminophen does not have much drug interaction and it is quite safe taking at the recommended dosage. It does not have cross-interaction with Allegra (fexofenadine) and so can be taken concurrently, if needed. However, unexpected reaction can occur with any med or combo of meds, thus use smallest effective dose for shortest time possible. If further question/concern, consult doc. Good luck.

Yes: There is no problem with taking the antihistamine Allegra (fexofenadine) simultaneously with acetaminophen.
