Bicuspid aortic valv: Bicuspid aortic valve is an inherited disease where the aotic valve is composed of two leaflets instead of three. This creates turbulance and ultimately causes the valve to malfunction. The valve is monitored by echocardiogram. When the time is right the valve will need replacing. All primary reletives will need a screening echo.
