Definitely Not: This is commonly related to migraine headaches with or without pain. It can also be related to problems in the eye and rarely could represent seizures or ischemia in the brain. Take a baby Aspirin daily if not contraindicated and see your physician asap. You will probably need to see an eye doctor and possibly a neurologist as well.

See below : One’s vision continues to change well into your mid-20s. Most of these changes are insignificant. However, wavy lines and other seemingly minor image alterations could be a sign of eye disease that requires timely diagnosis and possible treatment. These include ocular migraine, retinal detachment, macular degeneration, and keratoconus. Strongly recommend seeing an ophthalmologist soon.
