a rash with blister: Blisters are areas with skin with clear fluid in them. Usually the term blister refers to a sore that occurs from repeated trauma or burns.However, some infections cause rashes that look blister-like. Herpes infections or the chicken pox virus can cause small blisters. Irritants, like poison ivy, cause tiny blisters in the skin as well.Dangerous drug reactions can cause blisters on the skin.
