Fluoxetine is the generic name of prozac. The term fluoxetine level typically refers to the measurable level of the medication or its deriviatives in your blood, but sometimes refers to the level in your spinal fluid. There is no clinical utility for checking a fluoxetine level and it is only done in research settings.
