Depends: How many times a day are you taking Klonopin and why do your doctors feel it will help with headaches? Are you taking 0.5mg per day? If so, you could cut it in half once a day for a week and then stop. I am more concerned about coming down from 4mg per day. There are better medications for most kinds of headaches. Ask your doctors why klonopin. Perhaps topamax (topiramate)? But see your doc first.
