Drug interaction .: If you use nadolol for the treatment of high blood pressure, talk to your doctor before using it together with motrin. Combining these medications may reduce the effects of nadolol in lowering your blood pressure, especially if you use ibuprofen frequently or regularly (for example, to treat arthritis or chronic pain). You may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring by your doctor.
