To many to list: If you are or are contemplating pregnancy it is time to do a lifestyle audit & identify things you eat, drink, take or do that could be problems.Alcohol, nicotine & caffeine or exposure to toxic fumes are examples.Become a label reader & check any otc or rx med for warnings.Check with your OB before you use otc meds or herbal products unless you have verified their safety, then inform them anyway.
