So many people from my work smokes. what should i do?

Ask for consideratio: Talk to your supervisor and ask that smoking be moved outside the work environment. You should be entitled to work in a smoke free environment; however, be prepared to seek a new job if the environment gets hostile for asking. You might point out that smoke free environ is proven to result in fewer sick days and missing employees.
