New abscess or adhes: The inflammatory process of the disease, and the surgery can kink up the bowels and cause blockage. It needs to be seen by the surgeon who operated.As soon as possible.

Medication-related?: As dr. Wilmot described, vomiting may be secondary to inflammation or even a bowel obstruction; bloating & constipation would often accompany the vomiting +/- fever. Alternatively, vomiting is often secondary to narcotic pain medication and/or antibiotics. Either way, your surgeon would want to hear from you and see you soon.
