If you cannot: hold anything down, you get dehydrated. A lot of complciations can cause this. but if someone cannot keep liquids down, there's not much choice except to get immediate treatment.

Mgt: There are many possible causes. I would suggest checking her temperature under the arm. If there is any fever, then you should see the ED right away. If she is not in pain, asleep, try to introduce clear liquids such as pedialyte in the morning. If she is still vomiting, she should see your physician.
