No food does that: There is no food that has been shown to get rid of acne. Whoever discovers such a food will be famous all over the world! on the other hand, it's good to avoid sugars, refined starches, and animal fats... Just to keep a healthier body.

No answer: There have been hundreds of trials that have looked at acne and diet. Of all of them, only two have shown any dietary connection. 1. Lots of milk= more acne 2. High glycemic index diet=more acne so, avoid a lot of dairy and stick with a low glycemic index diet. Any other dietary recommendations are just conjecture.
