Is it alright to tattoo over lipomas?

It has been done..: Lipomas under skin are usually deep beyond the needle/pens penetration of tattooing and so should not pose additional risk. Just make sure the the artist uses good/clean/sterilized equipment. Just remember, tattoos are permanent :-) good luck.

Sure: Go right ahead. Won't do anything to the lipoma. If you ever want or need to have the lipoma removed, the surgery might mess up your tattoo though.
