No: Pyrethrins (active ingredient in nix) are designed to paralyze insects. They do not last long so have very little long term effect. Additionally many bed bugs have become resistant.: http://evolution.Berkeley.Edu/evolibrary/news/100901_bedbugs products which contain pyrethrins can damage furniture too.
