Pregnant: You may be pregnant. If you are not, then you may have a urinary tract infection that may need antibiotics. Sometimes blood could mean kidney stones also.

Likely nothing: It is not rare to find small amounts of blood in the urine. In most cases there is nothing wrong. You will need to speak to your doctor but most likely they are sending it to make sure there is no infection and then the next time you are in will make sure the blood has gone.
