Time heals: When you take Postinor several times in a month, it can delay your period. Delayed period is associated sometimes with uterine cramps. Please do a pregnancy test. If Positive see a doctor. Otherwise, be patient and wait it out. You can take some Ibuprofen for cramps. Please consider using a better form of birth control next cycle so this doe snot happen again.
