I have lower back pain only at the right side and i can feel it on my hip and thigh too...i have this pain for 4-5 days now after i finished my period...also ive noticed too much fluids down there...and a weird smell could it be a yeast infection?

Get seen right away!: Back and/or lower abdominal pain with a vaginal discharge can me you have a serious infection in your lower abdomen that can involve your uterus and ovaries. Please get checked right away. You may need strong antibiotics to treat the infection. A yeast infection would not cause back pain.
