3-6 weeks: A simple cervical strain with no ligament or boney damage, and is involving only muscle, a 3-6 week period, some times shorter is all that is needed before you are back to normal. This must be taken with a grain of salt as a soft tissue sprain may also turn into a long term problem. Hope for the best.
