Yes: The excess calcium in your blood is coming from your bones. The PTH is low indicating your parathyroids are suppressed, which is an appropriate response. You should undertake an exam to discover why your calcium is elevated: dietary, medication, granulomatous disease, or cancer. If all these return normal, you can rest assured yet would need to pay extra attention to your bone health in future
