It depends...: Provera (medroxyprogesterone) just makes the uterus bleed (like an artificial period). It doesn't typically induce ovulation (though it rarely can). So, if you don't have regular periods, you need to see a board certified reproductive endocrinologist who can test you to find out why, after which he/she can properly treat you to help you ovulate and conceive.
