Good nutrition: Good nutrition power packed with antioxidants from fruits and veggies to help fight free radicals is key. Topicals aren't as effective because they only reach the top layer (dead layer) of skin. The blood supply below this layer needs the antioxidants to work so we must get proper nutrition. I also recommend a good probiotic which replenishes good bacteria and at least 64 ounces of water daily.
