2000: It really depends on your starting weight. If you are at ideal body weight then you may need to increase your calories/day by 300 which is half of a very small peanut butter and jelly sandwich. If you are overweight then you should not increase your calories/day and focus on eating unprocessed diet of vegetables and fish.

300-500 extra KCal: Per day is all you need for your pregnancy. Caloric recommendations are weight, height and gender based. You can look them up online by visiting http://www.Freedieting.Com/tools/calorie_calculator.Htm. Add about 300-500 calories to that and that's the upper limit of your pregnancy calories. Basially if you're normal weight when not pregnant, you should not gain more than 25 lb.
