Oil pores: Those are the openings of oil glands that accumulate oil to form pimple. They are particularly plentiful on the nose. Best treatment is warm compresses and an astringent or alcohol cleanser. Using a drying soap may also help. But it could go too far and cause burning or dryness of the surrounding skin.
