Myopic correction: There is not a single good proven procedure to correct high myopia like yours. Many factors need to be evaluated in decision making and some of those being thickness of your corneas, any ongoing refractive error changes over the last 6 months and your expecatations from the operation. You may be candidate for a refractive surgery based on ophthalmological examination and diagnostic tests.

Depends: The answer depends on various other physical attributes of your eyes as well as your medical history. You need to consult with a refractive surgery specialist to determine which procedure is best for you. There are several good options available.
