Stretching /: You should try stretching exercises. You can find many good ones on the internet. You should also try a good over the counter arch support such as one you would find in a store that caters to sports activists or runners.

Stretches and arches: If your diagnosis is correct, you can try stretching exercises to your calf muscles, take advil, (ibuprofen) and get a firm arch support. More and more doctors are offering a discounted fee for the ever-increasing number of people with no insurance. Make some calls to podiatrists and see if there is someone near you who is willing to do that. Good luck!
