All over the place!: Pain: after sex = infection or endometriosis; when you pee = UTI or herpes; below rib cage = muscle strain, gall bladder, or ulcer; cramping inplies a hollow organ. It is very difficult to put all of these symptoms together into one unifying diagnosis. See your doc and pee in a cup, have an abdominal/pelvic exam, and see where those initial investigations guide you!
