Proper nutrition: I can't stress enough proper nutrition. Only fruits and veggies are power packed with antioxidants to counteract free radicals which age us. I feel that topicals don't really work since our outer layer of skin is 'dead'. It sheds every month. Only through the bloodstream can we get to the inner layers. Therefore getting antioxidants through proper nutrition will feed our bloodstream and our skin.
