Where is it red: You do not say in your question is your skin off your entire body red or just your face. If it is just your face it may be due to dilated blood vessels that are close to the surface of your skin. These are called telangiectases. There is a new cream that can be used daily to make them much less visible or you can have them treated with a type of laser called a pulsed dye laser.
