I heard that when you get a blister, you should pop it. is it better to pop it or to leave it?

Leave it: While popping a blister may solve the problem of the blister, you have no increased your chance of getting a skin infection as well as scarring. If a blister is not going away, see your doctor so that he/she can treat it in a sterile, systematic way to reduce infection & scarring.

Generally no: There are only a few instances where it is advisable for you to pop a blister, especially if of unknown origin.
