Possibly: We are all built differently but most people require 8 hrs of sleep. Rarely can adults sleep longer on consecutive days. Some people sleep longer because their brains require this and this may be the sign of a new problem if the requirement for sleep is new and nothing else has changed. Narcolepsy is a good example. If you are now sleeping longer than 9-10hrs, you may want to talk with your doctor.
