Possibly: Thanks for your question, however there are many different types of laser resurfacing treatments and thus we cannot answer such a question. I would reccomend you personally meet with a physician who offers both treatments and ask him/her.

Yes much better: Co2 fractionated laser skin resurfacing is a medical procedure which has a highly technical advantage to the very dated obagi blue peel. Peels tend to thin the skin, and are temporary. Lasers when done under the care of a physician can make a world of difference and certainly jump start the antiaging process.Peels are more inexact and are helpful for the younger crowd and should not be compared.

Yes: The obagi blue peel is a mild strength tca peel. Laser resurfacing is much more powerful and precise, and is generally significantly more effective than the obagi peel.

Depends on problem: The obagi blue peel is a nice treatment for skin color and texture, but it is not the best treatment for deep wrinkles. Traditional co2 laser resurfacing is very effective treating deep wrinkles, but requires a longer healing time. Your doctor can treat some areas of your face with a peel and others with a laser, depending on your skin's needs.
