No: Pneumonia is caused by aspiration of bacteria into the airway, the bacteria then get past lung defenses and cause infection. Rain will make you wet but not cause pneumonia. If someone was to have an extreme prolonged exposure to the cold such that their body temperature actually dropped ( (hypothermia) this is a risk factor for pneumonia.
