Depends on reason: Many find caffeine helps, but morning exercise is healthier. It is important to find a correctable reason for morning fatigue, such as not enough sleep or poor quality of sleep. If you wake up from a deep stage of sleep, the mind can be slow for hours. Avoiding caffeine after noon, avoiding evening alcohol, avoiding naps in the day, & sleeping in a quiet, dark room, are some ways to improve sleep.
