Exercise,sleep,food: You need proper sleep (at least 8 hrs) to rejuvenate your body and decrease stress hormones. You also need aerobic exercise at least 30 mins daily and proper nutrition. Eat small meals 4-5 times daily and be sure to include 9-13 servings of fresh fruits and veggies daily.
