Protein, Fruit, Veg: In pregnancy (and in general) a healthy diet is very important. Focus on eating a balanced diet with lean protein like chicken and plenty of fresh vegetables with every meal. Whole grain breads and cereals are good additions as well. Make sure you are taking a prenatal vitamin with Folic Acid (folate) every day.
