Junk food: Junk food does not eliminate stress, but ultimately adds to it. It may be a "comfort food" or an attempt to self-soothe. There's no perfect diet for eliminating stress -- but colorful fruits and veggies can help counteract environmental oxidative stress. Emotional stress is a different issue, and you may want to discuss your particular stresses with a therapist who can help you manage them.
