Gentle retraction: Phimosis is tightness around the foreskin making it difficult to retract over the penis. Gentle retraction over the penis may help but if the foreskin is too tight, this may cause pain and be very difficult to perform. Using traditional moisturizers may also help loosen the foreskin over time in addition to manual retraction. Oral pills are not effective in treating phimosis.

W orw'out surgery: Depends upon whether or not u wish to retain your foreskin. U can try twice daily application of prescription strength steroid cream like Betamethasone or kenalog (triamcinolone) to tight area twice daily for a few weeks. Definitive treatment would be circumcision. In between is prepucioplasty: tight area of foreskin is divided vertically & closed transversely, both loosens up & preserves foreskin.Consult gu dr.
