No: There is evidence of birth defects in animal studies and is also not recommended when breastfeeding.

Not always safe: During pregnancy most drugs should be limited, while some such as immunosuppressive drugs for transplant recipients need to be maintained. Not a good idea to take any drugs while breast feeding an infant. Discuss with your OB and pediatrician.
