Not recommended: Azopt is considered a class c medication in pregnancy meaning animal studies show adverse fetal effects but no controlled human studies have been done. In pregnancy you must weigh the possible fetal risk versus the maternal benefit. In breast-feeding, there is inadequate literature to assess risk therefore caution is advised. You might speak to your doctor about alternatives.
